Shipping TimesA variety of shipping options from USPS Priority Mail and UPS are available at checkout. Please anticipate between 1-3 business days for processing and handling. Business days are Monday- Friday. We will send you the tracking information for your order via email after package has shipped.
Holiday Order Deadlines2019 HOLIDAY SCHEDULE: Orders must be placed by December 15th to guarantee delivery by Chanukah. Orders must be placed by December 17th to guarantee delivery by Christmas and/or Kwanzaa.

Where we shipIndie Indie Bang! Bang! ships orders received online anywhere within the fifty United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Indie Indie Bang! Bang! is not responsible for delays due to carrier (UPS, USPS) issues and weather. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
In-Store PickupsOrders placed for in-store pickup option will be ready for pickup within 2-3 business days at our Miller Beach, Indiana location. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is fulfilled and ready to be picked up. We suggest picking your items up ASAP, as items are only eligible for return or exchange within 14 DAYS of fulfillment date. You will receive a reminder by email within 10 days after fulfillment if your order has not yet been picked up.
Lost packagesIt is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. Indie Indie Bang! Bang! is not responsible for mis-placed packages, stolen packages or problems due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer. If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address we will attempt to contact you in before re-sending the package. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.
Indie Indie Bang! Bang! is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to report and investigate the issue.
General PolicyIndie Indie Bang! Bang! gladly accepts returns and exchanges on most items within 14 days. We accept returns and exchanges on full-priced apparel that has not been worn, altered/tailored or washed, with all original tags attached. Several types of goods including food / perishable items, gift cards, and opened beauty or bath products are exempt from being returned. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Managing Return ShippingShipping labels are provided for returns. Please email us with your return request, and we will send you a USPS priority mail return label. The cost of your return shipping will be deducted from your total refund. When making your return, please include original packing slip or order confirmation in the package along with the items you wish to return. Returns can also be made at any of our 2 store locations. If you wish to exchange item(s), please email firstname.lastname@example.org for availability of desired exchange item(s). Please note that Indie Indie Bang! Bang! cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Return NotificationsAn email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received and refunded by IndieIndieBangBang.com. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within ghb business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from IndieIndieBangBang.com).
Damaged MerchandiseIndie Indie Bang! Bang! reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 14 day return period. Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense. If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to pay a $5 return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 14 days and attempt to re-contact you if your package has been unexpectedly returned by the carrier.
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact email@example.com within 3 DAYS of receiving merchandise to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or exchange. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.
